Summary

RA Migration is one of Ontario's leading immigration consultancies. We rebuilt their website from scratch as a fully custom, faster, fully responsive, and far easier to use experience. Then we engineered a complete consultation booking system: clients see each consultant's real calendar availability, book in a few taps, and instantly receive a Zoom link and a confirmation email, while the consultant is notified at the same moment.

The business problem

The previous website was slow, not fully responsive, and harder to use than it should be for clients already navigating a stressful process. Booking a consultation meant email back-and-forth, manual calendar checks, and manually created Zoom links. That friction cost the team time and lost prospective clients along the way.

Rebuild from scratch as a fast, fully custom site that earns trust on sight, then remove every point of friction between an interested visitor and a booked, confirmed consultation automatically.

Design direction

Calm, professional, confidently Canadian. Clear typography, a red-and-navy palette drawn from the brand, real photography, and a modern, fully responsive layout that respects the seriousness of the decision while feeling effortless to use.

Development approach

Built from scratch with Next.js and TypeScript, with no templates or page builders. A custom booking system reads each consultant's calendar to show genuine real-time availability, reserves the slot, auto-generates a Zoom meeting via the Zoom API, and sends transactional emails through Resend to both the client and the consultant. Server-rendered pages, optimized images, and accessible semantic markup keep it fast and responsive on every device.

SEO approach

One page per service across dozens of immigration pathways, structured data for the professional service, FAQs that mirror real client questions, locally focused metadata, and clean internal linking that reinforces topical authority.

Conversion approach

Turn intent into a confirmed booking in one sitting. Real-time availability removes the email back-and-forth: the client picks a slot, instantly gets a Zoom link, and both parties receive an automatic confirmation. Consultation CTAs and RCIC/CICC credentials sit near every decision point so booking always feels like the obvious next step.
