Summary

KiwiCode needed a portfolio site that demonstrated its own positioning: premium digital experiences with strong design taste. The site has to convince serious clients in the first scroll.

The business problem

Strategy

Treat the site as a product. Use motion sparingly but precisely, lead with proof of work, and make it obvious that the studio understands both design and engineering.

Design direction

Modern, confident, restrained. Big typography, smooth transitions, premium dark/light hybrid feel, soft gradients, tasteful glass accents.

Development approach

Next.js App Router, React Server Components where possible, Framer Motion and GSAP for choreographed reveals, Three.js for one focused 3D moment, lazy-loaded animations, accessibility built in.

SEO approach

Clear service and case study URLs, semantic HTML for everything that matters to search, structured data for the organization and creative work, smart internal linking.

Conversion approach

Clear inquiry CTA across the site, project case studies that close strong, simple contact flow, no friction-heavy forms.
